For Elk Valley Seniors Housing Society.  Retained as project manager for conversion of 30-unit seniors’ apartment building.  Funded by BC Housing.  Total project cost: $1,400,000.

Willowbrook – A Retirement Living Community, Surrey

Retained as project manager by Ambros Investments for 144-unit seniors’ market rental supportive housing project.  Total project cost: $29,789,000.  Project was terminated.

For Townline Group of Companies.  Retained as development consultant to arrange mortgage financing through BC Housing for a 70-unit supportive housing project and a canteen.  Total project cost: $18,587,000.

For Kinsmen Retirement Centre Association, Delta.  Retained as project manager for conversion to a 45-unit supportive housing project.  Conversion of seniors’ apartment building was funded by BC Housing.  Total project cost: $1,940,000.

Market Feasibility Study for a Supportive Housing Community for Senior Citizens in Richmond, BC:  Retained as development consultant to prepare market feasibility study. 

Honoria Conway Assisted Living, Vancouver

For Providence Health Care, Vancouver.  Retained as project manager for new 68-unit project.  Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and BC Housing.  Total project cost: $20,686,000.

For Kinsmen Retirement Centre Association, Delta.  Retained as project manager for 79-unit assisted living project.  Conversion of seniors’ apartment building was funded by the Fraser Health Authority and BC Housing.  Total project cost: $6,067,000.

Seniors Independent & Assisted Living Project, Port Coquitlam

Land assembly, purchase, and rezoning of properties for 141-unit independent and assisted living project.  Total project cost: $29,186,000.  Co-owned project was sold to a REIT [real estate investment trust].
