Principal of a management and development consulting company focused on the development of supportive housing and healthcare facilities for non-profit and for-profit organizations, and government agencies.  Since 2003, the company has had an active role in the development of over 1,000 supportive housing units.

1989 – Present | President, Challenge House Equities Inc.

Principal of a family investment company.

1984 – 1987 | President, Bento Foodservice Corporation

Principal of a foodservice company, which created, developed and branded the fast food concept “Go Bento”.  Operations included catering, street vending and retail locations.  Responsibilities included business development, oversight of office, commissary and sales staff.

1982 – 1992 | Managing Director + JV Partner, Yugold Mining Ltd.

Principal of a company holding placer gold claims in the Yukon.  Responsibilities included working with an overseas partner, managing the lien settlement process caused by a bankrupt third party mine operating company, negotiating a new mine operating agreement and providing operational oversight.

Principal of a design build company serving high end residential and commercial retail clients.  Responsibilities included business development, managing administrative staff, design professionals and field personnel.  Business model for the company was changed to an investment company.
