  • Experienced working with communities and neighbourhoods and has the ability to determine the need and demand for various forms of housing and healthcare related facilities


  • Knowledge of various federal, provincial and municipal funding programs
  • Experienced with conventional financing requirements and processes
  • Established working relationships with funding agencies and financial institutions
  • Experienced with preparing funding applications and approval procedures
